Every patient wants to see and to feel that his/her health is cared for, and to be sure about the safety while being treated by a dentist. Therefore, our task is to provide this safety. In order to be sure  of their safety while being treated, patients need to know what the criteria of this safety are.

Starting with the clinic reception, patients are requested to put on shoe covers; ideal cleanness is held in the hall and the rooms, while the dentists’ and assistants’ work tables demonstrate flawless order. To provide safety, the following order must be observed during patient’s treatment.

Before the exanimation begins, the patient is given a disposable glass with disinfecting tablet for oral rinsing. After that, he/she will be dressed in an individual napkin-apron with a cosmetic napkin.

The dentist washes his/her hands and puts on disposable gloves. Then, an individual sterile package with instruments is opened so that the patient can see it.

If the X-ray examination is necessary, it is obligatory to use a protective lead apron while making the X-ray shots. To be sure that the patient feels comfortably, the dentist or the assistant should regularly ask him or her how he/she feels.

For the time of treatment, the patient has to wear glasses to protect him/her against dust penetrating into his/her eyes.  Besides, they help the patient to get relaxed in the armchair. In the course of treatment, individual syringes and, disposable capsules and needles are used for anesthesia.

For anxiety relief, the dentist should inform the patient about the oncoming manipulations, their character and corresponding feelings which may be experienced by the patient, as well as about their time duration. After the treatment, cleaning should be carried out including treatment of the nozzles, discarding the gloves into the used glass, etc.

The Premier Dent Clinic meets the requirements of the “AntiAIDS” and “Antihepatitits” programs which include double treatment of nozzles with disinfecting napkins, their treatment in “Assistin” and sterilization. Nozzles are operated only with water. This measure does not let infected tooth dust to get spread over the room. At the same time patients do not feel a specific smell which can be felt when working without water.

We use devices for fast autoclaving of instruments and disposable  resources of individual hygiene, therefore ideal cleanness and sterility are provided which is confirmed by the flawless results of regular sanitary control of the whole equipment, instruments, air and uniform conducted by specialists of the Sanitary Epidemiological Station in our clinic.

To provide patients’ and personnel’s safety, the following rules are observed at the clinic: regular washing of personnel’s uniform, protection shield mask worn by dentists and assistants, disposable surgical and hygienic packages, disposable caps and annual medical examinations of the personnel.
