Your plan to visit clinic

Always co-ordinate with your doctor the time of your visit. If you are getting late or can’t come at all, please, call the clinic administrator beforehand. This will give us an opportunity to receive patients who need urgent help.

When should you refuse visiting the clinic?

You should refuse to visit the clinic when experiencing acute viral and bacterial diseases of throat and respiratory tracts as well as in case of having herpetic rash.

Nutrition:

You can have a meal before consultation. You need to co-ordinate with your doctor a wish to eat right after the treatment. You shouldn’t take alcohol the day before your planned visit as alcohol sharply decreases efficacy of anesthetic drugs. Don’t forget to perform your daily hygienic routine: brushing your teeth and cleaning them with the help of the floss.

What should be done before the consultation?

You will be requested to fill out a form before your first consultation. You will have to remember diseases you had had as well as concomitant ones. We will need information on intolerances and allergic reactions for drugs. Make sure you have your passport on you.

APPOINTMENT REGISTRATION

CONSULTATION FOR THE PATIENT

A patient enters the room on the invitation of the doctor’s assistant. In the course of the initial medical examination the doctor determines tentative diagnosis, defines volumes and works out prognosis for treatment and its approximate cost. Also a package plan of treatment is set up and the patient is informed on all that in great detail. The results of the examination are fixed in a medical form and the patient has to sign it to confirm his/her consent with the proposed treatment plan and the cost of work.  When needed, a copy of the medical form can be issued for the patient. A prerequisite for the treatment is strict observation of all prescriptions and recommendations of the doctor, provision of required level for the oral cavity and the rules for the dental prosthesis and orthodontal constructions usage.

PAYMENT

The initial medical examination and the design of treatment package plan with consultation are chargeable. The treatment plan is considered to be a rough estimate. Doctor in charge of the case notifies the patient in advance if a change in the treatment plan is to be introduced.

GUARANTEE

The clinic gives a 5 year guarantee for the performed works. Observation of all prescriptions and recommendations of the doctor, provision of required level of the oral cavity hygiene as well as going through preventive inspections, not less than twice a year, is a prerequisite for the given guarantee.
