Rendering Dental Services to Citizens According to the System of Voluntary Medical Insurance (DMS)

The Premier Dent Dental Clinic offers clinic services based upon the scheme of voluntary medical insurance (DMS).

This service scheme stipulates that a patient signs a voluntary medical insurance contract with one of the insurance companies offering such services.

The patient has an opportunity to purchase a DMS insurance policy on his/her own. It should be borne in mind that the contract value differs, depending on the treatment plan. The program can be chosen at the Premier Dent clinic according to patient’s wishes too. 

However, it is most profitable (if you have such an opportunity) to get insured via your enterprise. In this case, the enterprise pays for the insurance and receives significant tax benefits according to the Russian legislation:

Sums of payments (insurance premiums) made upon voluntary medical insurance contracts for voluntary medical (private) insurance are not subject to taxation as part of aggregated annual income, if they are paid for individuals from funds of enterprises,  institutions, organizations or other employers (Point 5, Article 213, Chapter 23 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

Sums of payments made upon voluntary medical insurance contracts for voluntary medical insurance stipulating payment of medical expenses of insured employees by insurers are included into expenditures in amount not exceeding 3% of the sum of labor payment  (Point 16, Article 255, Chapter 25 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

Sums of insurance payments (premiums) made by a tax payer upon voluntary medical insurance contracts for voluntary medical insurance of employees signed for a period not less than one year and stipulating payment of medical expenses of these insured employees by insurers shall not be subject to taxation according to the unified social tax (Point 7, Article 238, Chapter 24 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).

If your organization has established partner relationships with some insurance company, you can apply to such insurance company for signing a contract on voluntary medical insurance with assignment to our clinic. In other cases, we will recommend you a reliable insurance company which can provide most favorable conditions while being treated at our clinic. Thus, such services as orthopedia, implanting, correction of  children’ and adult’s occlusion, family treatment will be paid by an insurance company (usually insurance companies do not include such services into the insurance policy).
